Three Oaks Engineering Inc., a woman-owned engineering firm experienced in a wide range of projects across the Southeast, has leased office space at 1022 State St. in Cayce.

Colliers International South Carolina's Mary Winter Teaster represented the landlords, Tim and Sarah Jur, while Colliers' Hunter Suggs represented the tenant.

The State Street office building has been renovated to include a reception area, a break room, two conference rooms and storage. It includes on-site parking and convenient interstate access one mile from downtown Columbia.
