Encourage witnesses to report harassment.

Make sure your HR reps and supervisors know they need to investigate any complaints about sexual harassment--even if they come from someone who simply witnessed the event.

The EEOC believes one of the best ways to stop harassment is to encourage such bystander reporting. Ignoring a bystander's report is practically asking for a lawsuit.
