Retail Decisions, an international supplier of payment card, e-business and fraud prevention services, has entered into an affiance with AssureBuy, an online payment processing provider, to offer Retail Decisions' Live Processor[TM] electronic payment software as an outsourced service. AssureBuy, an application services provider (ASP), will offer LiveProcessor as an online payment solution for its Internet merchants.

AssureBuy currently serves customers ranging from the Fortune 500 down to small retailers, educational institutions, associations and municipalities. Currently, the company says, its clients process nearly $1 billion in e-commerce transactions a year.

Retail Decisions' Live Processor combines online, call center, retail and voice recognition transactions into a single system, and integrates real-time authorization, batch processing, subscription and electronic commerce systems. Clients include Buy.com, Hotwire, Netflix, Nextel Communications, RealNetworks, Research in Motion, Tupperware and Unicity.
