Citations conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass'n et al. eds., 21st ed. 2020), copyright by the Columbia and Harvard Law Review Associations, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and the Yale Law Journal Company, Inc. It is also the general policy of the Law Review not to keep unpublished sources used in articles or comments beyond their use for verification of citations. Inquiries regarding the location of an unpublished source should be directed to the author of the article, essay, or comment in which it is cited.

The University of Pennsylvania Law Review (ISSN 0041-9907) is published seven times per year (December, January, February, March, April, May, and June) by students of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, 3501 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104-6204, (215) 898-7060. A subscription may be discon tinued only at the expiration of the current volume. One month's notice is necessary to effect such change. If a subscription is to be discont inued at the expiration of the current volu me, notice to that effect should be sent to the Managing Editor, University of Pennsy lvania Law Review; the subscription will otherwise be automatically renewed. No claims for issues not received wi ll be honored unless they are fi led within six months of publication. No subscription refunds wi ll be honored.
