In the eighty-seven previous issues of the Defense Counsel journal for which Richard Neumeier has served as Editor, the third page of the journal has served as the President's Page, where the President of the International Association of Defense Counsel provides thoughts on aspects of the IADC that make the organization unique.

One of the qualities that I have most appreciated in my fellow IADC members is the amazing level of dedication that so many have shown to the betterment of the organization. No one exemplifies this passion for service as much as Dick Neumeier.
