Volume Thirty-Six, Number One of the Canada-United States Law Journal contains the proceedings of the 2010 Henry T. King, Jr. Annual Conference, "The Canada-U.S. Regulatory Regime: Review, Reform, Recovery."

The publication of this issue of the Journal would not have been possible without the assistance of a number of individuals. Foremost, I would like to thank Dan Ujczo for his kindness and patience during the publication process. He has been an excellent advisor and has taught me a great deal about leadership. In addition, I must extend my sincere appreciation to Chios Carmody for his enthusiastic leadership at The University of Western Ontario. The Journal's presence at Western Ontario has grown by leaps and bounds largely due to his efforts.

I would also like to thank the members of our editorial board for all of their hard work. Matthew Dodd has proven to be an invaluable asset to the Journal and did an outstanding job with the technical aspects of the publication process. Meagan Bielanin and Matthew Bechtold both did extraordinary work preparing the text and footnotes for publication. Alexis Parker did an excellent job managing subscriptions and assisting with the editing process. Philip Turi has really strengthened the Journal's presence at Western Ontario and has been instrumental in coordinating efforts between the two schools. And last, but certainly not least...
