Global trade matters can be so complex, and so significant, that they may reach the level of a company's board of directors. This issue of The Global Trade Law Journal begins with two articles on global trade of particular interest to boards. We believe that board members, as well as our other readers, will also find the rest of the articles here of particular interest.
