Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the leading subjects of interest among corporate counsel across most industries. It's certainly "the it girl" of the 2024 legal tech landscape. The Emerging Litigation Podcast—the companion to this Journal—has addressed it in several of the 80 episodes now online, more than any other topic. Our esteemed publisher, Full Court Press, has a separate journal devoted to the subject—The Journal of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence & Law.
