Machine-Assisted Legal Work

We are entering an era in which very little legal work will be done without substantial assistance from intelligent machines. Such machines will better advance human goals if they better understand the humans behind them, and behave accordingly. The field of artificial intelligence and law has made great contributions around many aspects of legal reasoning.
