Welcome to the inaugural issue of The Journal of Federal Agency Action!

When my partner Steven Meyerowitz and I discussed the idea of a new journal exploring actions by federal agencies with Steve Errick, the chief operating officer of Fastcase, Inc., and with Morgan Morrissette Wright, the publisher of Full Court Press, an imprint of Fastcase, we all agreed that the topic could not be more timely. With changes occurring regularly across a wide range of subjects, with new laws promulgated or proposed on what almost seems to be a daily basis, and with agency rules regularly enacted to implement and interpret new and existing laws, it seemed clear that there simply is no more opportune moment to begin a new journal on developments in federal agencies than today.

Now, The Journal of Federal Agency Action is born!

Our Mission

The Journal of Federal Agency Action, which publishes six times per year, is targeted to attorneys and law firms, in-house counsel, corporate compliance officers, government agencies and their counsel, senior business executives, and anyone interested in federal agency actions.
