The August Issue
How is it already time for another fiscal year for the State Bar of Georgia? It intrigues me that the Bar chooses to match the state of Georgia's fiscal year, which also coincides with the effective date of much of the recently passed legislation from the Legislature. July 1 is always a critical date for much of what we do as a Bar, and this year is no exception.
This issue marks one whole trip around the sun as editor-in-chief. I've learned a lot about myself and the publication. Mainly, I've reaffirmed how obsessive I am about grammar, but I also recognize that not everyone shares this passion.
