For the past 30 years, the Litigation Section's premiere publication has been this journal, California Litigation, which has published three issues a year, Spring, Summer, and Fall (sometimes slipping into Winter.) You are now reading the Spring 2018 issue, even though it is now Summer 2018. This may trouble you. Allow me to explain.
