I was pleasantly surprised with my last issue of Américas! I particularly enjoyed the article by Dr. James Patrick Kiernan about the marvelous OAS headquarters. I never realized that so much history surrounded the Organization of American States. If I ever make a trip to Washington, DC, that building would certainly be on my list of places to visit.
