An NBER conference on the Economics of Digitization met at Stanford on March 22. Research Associate Shane Greenstein of Harvard University, Program Director Josh Lerner of Harvard Business School, and Research Associate Scott Stern of MIT organized the meeting, which was sponsored by the Alfred P.
