No one would dispute that Brian Vogt, the Secretary of Economic Development, is an attractive, affable and well-spoken person. Behind the facade is an unapproachable minion of a failed economic policy. If you want help from the office of economic development, you had best be one of Mr. Vogt's inner circle. A case in point is how his office has allocated resources in the "Advance Colorado" center.

"Everyone" in this case means a select group of the secretary's cronies from Front Range communities: CSIA, CTEK, Colorado Film Commission, Colorado BioScience Association, CEBA/P3 Colorado and the Colorado Alliance for Microenterprise...
