No one would dispute that Brian Vogt, the Secretary of Economic Development, is an attractive, affable and well-spoken person. Behind the facade is an unapproachable minion of a failed economic policy. If you want help from the office of economic development, you had best be one of Mr. Vogt's inner circle.
