Downtown medical building sells for $3.3 million.

A 14,100-square-foot medical office building in downtown Columbia has sold for $3.3 million.

Bruce Harper, managing partner of Trinity Partners, represented the seller of the property, located at 1520 Taylor St. and home to Hawthorne Pharmacy, Carolina Digestive Disease and Palmetto Endoscopy Suite.

The property sold to an S.C. real estate investor.

Trinity also facilitated the lease of 7,290 square feet of Class A office space at 501 Huger St.
