Immediatech Corp., a provider of electronic document management solutions for financial services organizations, has entered into a business partner program that enables firms to provide GoFileRoom document outsourcing services to their clients. As GoFileRoom partners, firms will be able to tap into the lucrative document outsourcing market, calculated by CAP Ventures Research to reach $54 billion this year and to keep growing at an annual rate of 19 percent.

"Large corporations are going paperless, but most mid- and small-sized companies are still running paper-based operations, with an inordinate amount of time spent filing and retrieving paper documents," said Joe Harpaz, chief technology officer and co-founder of Immediatech, based in Englewood Cliffs, N.J.
