The supreme court entered its order based upon the November 13, 2014 order by Panel I of the Disciplinary Board of the Alabama State Bar accepting Brown's consent to disbarment. Brown consented to disbarment based upon a pending bar investigation concerning his criminal arrest and conviction in Marengo County.
