Disciplinary actions.

As a result of investigations of alleged violations of the Codes of Professional Conduct of the AICPA and/or state CPA societies, the following ethics cases have been resolved by settlement agreement under the Joint Ethics Enforcement Program.

* David E. Lipson of Las Vegas, suspended from the AICPA for a period of two years, effective Aug. 25, 2007.

* Richard A. Price of Benicia, Calif., suspended from the AICPA for a nine-month period, effective May 17, 2007.

* Michael D. Ryan of Madison, Wis., admonished by the AICPA and the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs, effective Jan. 11, 2008.

As a result of decisions by hearing panels of the Joint Trial Board, the following members have had their AICPA memberships:

--Terminated:

* Roberto Izabal of Glendale, Calif., effective Jan. 9, 2008.

--Admonished:

* Harold W. Andrews of Dana Point, Calif., effective Jan. 9, 2008.
