Disciplinary actions.

As a result of investigations of alleged violations of the Codes of Professional Conduct of the AICPA and/or state CPA societies, the following ethics cases have been resolved by settlement agreement under the Joint Ethics Enforcement Program:

* Judith A. Fuchsteiner of Onalaska, Wis., expelled from membership in the AICPA and the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs, effective Nov. 14, 2005.

* Douglas V. Montaldi of Burns Lake, British Columbia, expelled from membership in the AICPA, effective Sept. 23, 2005.

* John J. Pacowta of Middlebury, Conn., suspended from membership in the AICPA and the Connecticut Society of CPAs for two years, effective Sept. 23, 2005.

Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute's bylaws, the following members have had their AICPA memberships:

--Terminated following revocation of his license by the state board of accountancy:

* Gary A. Fruechtenicht of Americus, Ga., effective Nov. 17, 2005.
