Bio Notes: In 2008 she retired from Boeing Co. following a 34-year career. She served from 2005 as VP and general manager for the company's commercial airplanes business. Also is a director of United Continental Holdings Inc., parent company to United Airlines. Age 60.

Bio Notes: Following a nearly 40-year career practicing corporate law, in 2008 he retired from Skadden Arps, where he co-founded the Los Angeles office in 1983.

American Vanguard markets agricultural products. Revenues are $330 million.

Hugh F. Johnston

Executive Vice President and CFO PEPSICO INC. Purchase, NY

Bio Notes: In present position since 2010. He joined PepsiCo in 1987, and has held numerous management positions, including EVP of global operations, SVP of mergers and acquisitions, and president of Pepsi-Cola North America. He began his career with General Electric Co. Age 51.

Bio Notes: She retired in 2010 as group VP and chief scientific officer for Avon Products Inc., where she spent a 28-year career and held numerous management positions, including VP of Avon Skin Care Laboratories.

Ashland is a chemicals and transportation construction company. Revenues are $8 billion.

AUTOBYTEL INC.

Bio Notes: Named Ally CEO in 2009. From 20022006 he was chairman and CEO of Citigroup Alternative Investments. He also was chairman and CEO of Citigroup's global corporate and investment bank. He earlier was chairman and CEO of Travelers Life & Annuity and vice chairman of Travelers Group Inc. Age 65.

Autobytel launched the first car-buying website in 1995. Revenues are $65 million. Ally, previously GMAC Financial, provides automotive financing products and other financial services. Assets are $179 billion.

Charles H. Noski

Bio Notes: Until September 2012 he was vice chairman of Bank of America Corp., where he previously served as EVP and CFO from 2010 until June 2011. He had been corporate VP and CFO of Northrop Grumman Corp., a senior adviser to the Blackstone Group, and senior EVP, CFO, and vice chairman of AT&T Corp. Also is as a director of Avery Dennison Corp. and Microsoft Corp. Age 52.

Avon markets beauty products. Revenues are $11 billion.

BANK OF AMERICA CORP.

Sharon Allen R. David Yost

Bio Notes: Allen spent a nearly 40-year career with Deloitte LLP, where she became a partner in 1983 and from 2003-2011 was the first woman in the firm's history to serve as chairman. Yost served as CEO of AmerisourceBergen Corp. from 2001 until his retirement in 2011. Prior to its merger with Bergen Brunswig he was CEO of Amerisource Health Corp. from 1997-2001 and president from 1997-2000. Also is a director of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc. Also joining the Bank of America board are: Jack Bovender, 67, former chairman and CEO of U.S. hospital operator HCA Inc. and Linda Hudson, 62, president and CEO of BAE Systems Inc.

Bank of America is a financial services institution. Revenues are $85 billion.

Deerfield, IL has added to its board: Thomas F. Chen

Uma Chowdhry

Bio Notes: Chen served in numerous roles at Abbott Laboratories, where he was engaged in expanding a number of emerging markets for the company and was SVP of international nutrition prior to his 2010 retirement. Chowdhry retired in 2010 from Du Pont Co., where she spent a 33-year career, most recently serving as SVP and chief science and technology officer.

Baxter is a global healthcare company. Revenues are $14 billion.

BLACKBAUD INC.

Bio Notes: In 2011, following a 28-year career, she retired from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, where for the last seven years she served as CEO.

Bio Notes: She joined MG Advisors in 2002. She had held senior positions at JPMorgan Chase, including EVP and chief administrative officer and corporate treasurer. Also is a director of Interpublic Group of Companies and Valley National Bancorp. Age 58.

C.H. Robinson provides transportation services. Revenues are $11 billion. MG is a financial services M&A advisory and consulting firm.

Bio Notes: In present role since 2005, the year he retired following a 34-year term with Proctor & Gamble, where he held a variety of domestic and international senior positions, including SVP of customer business development, country manager of P&G Hellas (Greece), and general manager of the company's operations in the Arabian Peninsula. Also is a director of Kovio Inc., a privately held technology firm.

Checkpoint manufactures labeling systems. Revenues are $827 million. BCG is a global management consulting firm.

CHEESECAKE FACTORY INC.

Calabasas Hills, CA has added to its board: Douglas L. Minnick

Bio Notes: Co-founded McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants in 1972. He was appointed chairman in 2004, after serving as its CEO from 1974-1999 and then again from 2007 through 2009. In 2012 McCormick Schmick's was acquired by Landry's Inc.

Cheesecake Factory operates casual dining restaurants. Revenues are $2 billion.

CISCO SYSTEMS INC.

Johnson joined Enduring Hydro in January 2011. She previously was Under Secretary for Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy. In 2009 she was the provost and SVP for academic affairs at Johns Hopkins University. From 1999-2007 she served as dean of the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University. Also is a director of Boston Scientific Corp. and AES Corp. Age 48.

Cisco manufactures networking and communications products. Revenues are $46 billion. Saiesforce.com provides customer relationship management software. Revenues are $3 billion. Enduring Hydro is a clean energy development and consulting company.

Bio Notes: He spent a 46-year career in American politics, most recently serving on the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, also known as the 9/11 Commission. He previously spent an 18-year career as a U.S. senator from the state of Washington, where he was first elected in 1981. He joined Microvision as a director in 2003.
