Lake Forest, IL has added to its board: Adrienne Graves

Bio Notes: From 2002-2010 she was president and CEO of Santen Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Japan's Santen Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., which she joined in 1995 as VP of clinical affairs. She spent nine years in numerous roles at Alcoa Laboratories Inc. Also is a director of TearLab Corp. and Encore Vision, in addition to numerous foundations in the field of ophthalmology.

Alcoa is a niche generic pharmaceutical company in ophthalmology, pain management and other areas of treatment. Revenues are S118 million.

He serves as chairman of the World Economic Forum International Business Council. He also is a director of the Bloomberg Family Foundation and nonex-ecutive director of Sorrell Capital in London and Alpha Topco, the holding company for Formula One Group. In 2000 he was knighted by the Queen of England. Age 66.

Bio Notes: He has led Exelon since its formation in 2000 through its merger of PECO Energy and the parent of Commonwealth Edison. He plans to retire in 2012, when Exelon will merge with Constellation Energy. In 2008 and 2009 he was named best electric utility CEO in America by Institutional Investor magazine. Also is a director of Northern Trust Co. Age 66.

Allstate is a personal property and casualty insurer. Revenues are $33 billion. Exelon is a public utility holding company. Revenues are $19 billion.

Bio Notes: Prior to joining JDS Uniphase in 2007 he was COO at Harris Stratex Networks (now Aviat Networks Inc.), president and CEO at Stratex Neworks, president and CEO at REMEC Corp., and president and CEO of Spectrian Corp. He spent 14 years in a variety of global positions at Schlumberger Ltd.

Altera manufactures products for the semiconductor industry. Revenues are $2 billion. JDS designs products for the fiberoptics industry. Revenues are $2 billion.

She had spent 27 years in information technology, strategic planning, and finance leadership roles at Norfolk Southern Corp., most recently as EVP of planning and chief information officer.

Altria is the parent company of Philip Morris USA Inc. and other operations. Revenues are $17 billion. Canadian Pacific is a transcontinental railway. Revenues are $5 billion.

Apollo Group is in the higher education programming business. Revenues are $5 billion.

Bio Notes: He served as a managing director at Merrill Lynch & Co. until his retirement in 2009. He was a managing director of investment banking at Petrie Parkman & Co. until its 2006 acquisition by Merrill Lynch.

Arch is a coal producer. Revenues are $4 billion. Morris is a boutique investment banking firm.

Bio Notes: Joined Turner Broadcasting in 1998, where he most recently was president of TBS's domestic distribution and previously was responsible for Turner Private Networks, including CNN Airport Network and Turner In-Flight Services. He had also served as assistant general counsel for Time Warner Cable and associate counsel and senior counsel, litigation, for HBO. In 2011 he was inducted into Broadcasting & Cable's Hall of Fame.

Arris Group is a global communications technology company. Revenues are $1 billion. Turner creates and programs branded news and entertainment for television and digital channels worldwide.

BILL BARRETT CORP.

Denver, CO has added to its board: Kevin 0. Meyers

Bio Notes: In 2010 he retired from ConocoPhillips, where he held a variety of positions, including SNIP of exploration and productions of the Americas and president of ConocoPhillips Canada. He previously spent 20 years with ARCO, including president of ARCO Alaska. He is a director of the World Energy Council and also a director of Denbury Resources Inc., Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc., and Precision Drilling Corp.

Bill Barrett explores for natural gas and oil in the Rocky Mountain region of the U.S. Revenues are 5784 million.

BIOCRYST PHARMACEUTICALS INC.

Bio Notes: She retired in 2005 from Pfizer Inc., where she spent 25 years in research and leadership positions, most recently as SVP of global research and development. Also is a director of Cubist Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc.

BioCryst is a biotechnology company working in the areas of infectious and inflammatory diseases. Revenues are $31 million.

Bio Notes: He served as chairman, president and CEO of National City Corp. until its 2008 merger with PNC Financial Services Group. He had joined National City in 2000 and was named president in 2006 and chairman and CEO in 2007. He previously spent 17 years with US Bancorp/First Bank System. His banking career began with Harris Bank. Currently he is a consultant to banks and private equity bank investors.
