(He was named nonexecutive chairman of AIG's board in August 2009.) Age 70. Miller was chairman and CEO of Delphi Corp. from 2005-2007. He previously was chairman of auto parts supplier Federal-Mogul Inc. from 2004-2005. He has been engaged in numerous corporate restructurings, including serving as chairman and CEO of Bethlehem Steel (2001-2003) and chairman and CEO of Waste Management Inc. (1997-1999).
