She has served as a director of several LVMH subsidiaries, including Loewe SA, Emilio Pucci, and Chateau Cheval Blanc. Also is a director of Christian Dior SA. Age 38. Silberman was from 2001-2013 Strayer's CEO and has served as chairman since 2003. He previously held a variety of senior positions at CalEnergy Co. Inc., including president and COO. Also is a director of Covanta Holding Corp. Also joining the newly constituted board (which includes several members from the old News Corp. board) is Jacques Nasser, the former Ford Motor Co. chief executive who since 2010 has served as nonexecutive advisory partner of One Equity Partners LLP.

21st Century Fox consists of a portfolio of cable, broadcast, film, pay TV, and satellite assets. Revenues are $35 billion. In June 2013 News Corp. separated into two publicly traded companies, 21st Century Fox and the new News Corp. (which consists of the old News Corp.'s print publishing assets). LVMH is a global luxury products group with 2012 revenues of [euro]28 billion. Strayer offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs through Strayer University. Revenues are $550 million.
