DIP Company announces merger.

DIP Company, the manufacturer of Quick Change disposable ink fountains, has announced has merged its corporate office in Bloomington, MN, USA with the company's production facility in Delta, CO, USA. The merge took effect on October 1, 2014.

Due to the upcoming retirement of Vickie Mead, customer service, and JoAnn Bohn, finance manager, DIP Company decided it is no longer necessary to keep the Minnesota location open. Mark Thompson, CEO, will continue to work via satellite office locations in both Minnesota and Florida. All functions of the company will reside at the Colorado location. In addition, DIP Company has completed a 2,500 square foot expansion to the Colorado location to accommodate current and future growth.
