The Alaska Dinner Factory, a new Alaska-owned business offering dinners made easy, opened in Anchorage. The company allows busy Alaskans to come in and make healthy meals that are customized to their own preferences. Alaska Dinner Factory does all of the meal planning, shopping, preparation and cleanup and customers go home with pre-made meals that are ready to put in the oven, onto the grill or into the crock pot. The business is owned and operated by lifelong Alaskans, Rod and Linnea Cummings of Wasilla. The company currently employs five part-time people.
