Transcultural Dimensions in Medical Ethics.

These essays illustrate how a multicultural dialogue can illuminate fundamental issues in biomedicine. Although this dialogue naturally reflects a diversity of issues, perspectives, and approaches to "fundamental" issues in biomedicine--and is certainly influenced by cultural expectations and interests--the challenge is both to enrich and to move beyond cultural perspectives.
