DIA: at least it beats DFW.

I travel very frequently too, and have been to all 17 airports. I agree with you about the terrible state of this nation's airports ("We travelers deserve better," Jeff Rundles, August), but do disagree with you about your conclusions regarding DIA:

* I have never used long-term parking, so I have no comment on that. I always use the close-in at $18 per day and have no complaints except for the price.

* I love the passenger pick up! What a refreshing change from all the other airports where you take your life into your hands.

* I have never received any decent food at any airport, so ours is no different.

* United baggage is very fast, Frontier very slow, but basically no different than any others.

Here are my complaints:

* A man cannot enter the restroom at the same time one leaves.

* The restrooms are poorly designed; i.e. the paper towels are at the door entry, so with wet hands you cross in front of people coming in.

* There is not adequate seating for waiting passengers.

* There is no external power to plug in...
