I appreciated the Letter from the Editor (May/June 2007) regarding Pages and independence within the book industry. I was sad to lose Pages magazine. Imagine my relief when Bookmarks arrived in my mailbox.
I love it that you are an independent magazine. I used to work for an independent bookstore, The Bookery in Ephrata, Washington, a great store that has been in business for over 25 years. It struggles, though, and I would hate to see it...
