Denon Electronics, Mahwah, N.J., in celebrating its 100th anniversary, has announced that its acclaimed N7 Networked CD Receiver and 2.0 Channel Speaker System, consisting of the new RCD-N7 CD Receiver ($599) and Sc-N7 Stereo Loudspeakers ($199 a pair) now is available in sleek black cosmetic in addition to the original white "mod style," enabling consumers to match and integrate the N7 into virtually any interior decor. Moreover, all new N7 systems come with a free AirPlay upgrade (regular price $49.99).

With AirPlay, listeners can stream from their iTunes music libraries on Mac or PC, as well as music stored on their iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch, through their Wi-Fi enabled networks. Users do not even need to be in the same room as their components to play, pause, skip, and stop the songs in their iTunes libraries. They even can view iTunes music information, including album art, track titles, and artist info on ipad, iPhone, and iPod touch or with their Denon components with video output.

By combining the receiver and speakers, the N7system offers a straightforward and efficient way to create a networked system throughout the home.
