The Port of Anchorage and Delta Western Inc. signed a twenty year land lease for a new bulk fuel facility on two and a half acres at the Port of Anchorage.

This marks the first new long term lease at the Port of Anchorage in more than twenty years. The deal has been more than a year in the making and represents an increase in fuel services offered by the private sector at the Port. Delta Western Inc. plans to build a facility with a capacity of 360,000 barrels of petroleum products.
