Indiana is once again considering joining most of the country in observing Daylight Savings Time throughout the entire state. At least 24 attempts over the past three decades to change state law have failed. Currently, 77 of the state's 92 counties do not observe daylight savings time and some believe that is a hindrance to businesses and a confusion to citizens.
