Offshore divers who require additional protection at underwater construction sites will be the target market for the Hardsuit 1200 deep atmospheric diving systems, designed by Oceanworks International of Vancouver, British Columbia, and Houston, Tex. The suits are now in operation at Phoenix International's Morgan City, La., three-acre waterfront site.
