IN SUPPORT OF RELIEF

REQUESTED BY PETITIONER ¹

In support of the Petitioner’s Motion For _____________, the undersigned expert declares and states as follows:

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. I am the President and CEO of _______________, a company that provides consulting, support and expertise with respect to discovery-related issues pertaining to computers, operating systems and digital information. My company has been in the business of providing such services since ________________.

2. My company has provided, and does currently provide discovery related expertise and assistance to many businesses, including public and private corporations, public agencies, various courts, parties to litigation, law firms, and bar associations.

3. I have served as an advisor, expert and consultant with respect to digital media and related topics as they pertain to discovery issues, in more than ______ (number) lawsuits. I have also been appointed by court administrators to act as a neutral mediator or intermediary to assist litigating parties as they attempt to resolve discovery related disputes. My efforts have often been successful in achieving acceptable resolutions of disputes such as this. In addition, I have advised companies with respect to the development of retention and destruction policies, email communications and privacy policies for digital records.
