Davis v. Reilly, 324 F.Supp.2d 361 (E.D.N.Y. 2004). A prisoner who was injured when he slipped and fell on a wet floor outside of a shower area brought a pro se [section] 1983 action, alleging failure to remedy the wet shower area and inadequate medical care.
