The first edition of Missouri Damages was published in 1988 and updated with supplements in 1990 and 1994. The second edition was published in 2001 and supplemented in 2003 and 2005. This third edition follows the pattern of its predecessors, focusing on damages rather than causes of action and causation, though some discussion of these matters is necessary. The print version of the third edition comes with a full-text, fully searchable CD-ROM.
