D. Records in Formats Other Than Paper
If the record is requested in a particular format, the entity must provide the record in the format requested if available. Section 610.023.3, RSMo 2016. For example, if a record is on microfilm and the entity has the capability of copying microfilm, the record must be produced as microfilm if that is requested. Mo. Op. Att'y Gen. 153-98 (1998).
