Cushman & Wakefield brings Saddle Brook retail property to full occupancy.

A new retail development in Saddle Brook reached full occupancy following three leases orchestrated by Cushman & Wakefield.

As exclusive agent for the 8,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 110 Market St., the C&W commercial real estate services team of David Townes and Alana Friedman brokered the long-term transactions on behalf of property ownership, Malas Development.

Most recently, Townes and Friedman worked directly with Dunkin' for 1,802 square feet in a local relocation of an existing franchise. Bubbakoo Burritos, represented by Gary Kraus of Pierson Commercial, recently committed to1,695 square feet 110 Market St., as well.
