Credit Union 1 received the Association of Fundraising Professionals Alaska Chapter's National Philanthropy Day Award. The award was presented for outstanding corporation. In 2010, Credit Union 1 raised about $64,000 for nonprofit agencies and contributed more than 765 volunteer hours.
