It seems to me, and your editorial ("Racism still a workplace problem," Robert Schwab, February) helped confirm, that at least 95 percent of articles, editorials and news reports on racism focus on racism only by Caucasians. I find it interesting that it is just assumed that you must be white to be a racist. Why is that?

I also found it interesting in your article that you refer to a study "conducted by the University of Denver Center for African American Policy demonstrating how credit scores are used to deny African-Americans and other minorities access to credit and financial services." I don't know why they had to conduct a study to discover that fact. It's not rocket science! Credit scores were developed to rate credit worthiness. They are used indiscriminately to deny credit to people of every race and color. As a businessperson who uses credit scores to make credit decisions on a daily basis, I can assure you that businesses will certainly advance credit to those who qualify.
