Paul R. Hage is a partner in the Insolvency & Reorganization group at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss in Detroit, where he represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, unsecured creditors' committees, asset-purchasers and trustees in insolvency proceedings nationwide. He is certified by the American Board of Certification in business bankruptcy law. Mr. Hage frequently writes and speaks on bankruptcy issues for ABI, the American Bar Association's Business Bankruptcy Committee, the Norton Institutes on Bankruptcy Law and the Turnaround Management Association. He co-chairs ABI's Unsecured Trade Creditors Committee and is a coordinating editor for the ABI Journal. Mr. Hage earned his Bachelor's degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University, his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John's University School of Law in New York.

Brian M. Resnick is a partner in Davis Polk & Ward-well LLP's Insolvency and Restructuring Group in New York. He has substantial experience in a broad range of corporate restructurings and bankruptcies, representing debtors, creditors, banks, hedge funds, asset-acquirers and other strategic parties in connection with bankruptcy cases, out-of-court workouts, DIP and exit financings, bankruptcy litigation and 363 sales. Mr. Resnick also advises several major financial institutions in connection with Dodd-Frank resolution planning, and advises clients in structuring complex derivatives and securities transactions. He is an ABI member and serves as a coordinating editor of the ABI Journal, is a contributing author to Collier on Bankruptcy, and a frequent author, lecturer and panelist on a broad range of bankruptcy topics. He is regularly recognized as an up-and-coming leader in the restructuring field by Chambers USA, IFLR 1000, Super Lawyers, Turnarounds & Workouts and Law360.
