Crafty Crab, a casual dining seafood chain with five restaurants throughout Florida, is opening its first Midlands location in Columbia.

The restaurant has leased the 4,577-square-foot site of the former Applebee's at 245 O'Neil Court. NAI Columbia director of retail services Patrick Palmer represented the landlord in the transaction.
