Jackson and Toma Confirmed by Senate
Kauanoe A.D. Jackson (left) and Sonya H. Toma (right) were confirmed to their new judicial appointments by the Hawai'i State Senate on April 17, 2025.
Once sworn-in, Jackson will serve as circuit court judge in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit for a term of 10 years, and Toma will serve as district family court judge of the Second Circuit (Maui, Molokai, Lanai) for a term of six years.
