Gambling in Tennessee

The book review titled "Governing Gambling" in the January issue stated that all but two states--Hawaii and Utah--have become host to at least one form of gambling over the past several decades. To clarify, Tennessee had charity bingo until 1989 and horse-race wagering has been authorized, but no gambling is currently active in the state.
