The NBER's Program on Corporate Finance met at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business on November 4, 2011. NBER Research Associates Bruce Carlin of the University of California, Los Angeles, and Ilya Strebulaev of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business organized the meeting.
