Progrexion Reaches 15-year Mark by Providing a Meaningful Service to Consumers & Engaging Employees to Understand and Communicate that Value to Customers

Life is complex, and one Utah company is entering into its fifteenth successful year by helping people get through some of life's major challenges and the costs associated with them. Progrexion and its clients, comprise the nations largest consumer advocacy network in America. The company is dedicated to helping people navigate the complexities of consumer credit and ensure fair and accurate consumer credit reports. The goal is to ultimately improve their quality of life.

That value proposition has served the company well since its founding in 2000. Progrexion has realized 40 percent year over year growth, expanding from one location to an anticipated nine by 2015. Progrexion maintains Utah call centers in North Salt Lake, West Valley and Provo. In 2013, the business opened centers in Phoenix and Rexburg, Idaho and in 2014 opened another in Idaho Falls. Expansion plans for 2015 include opening a new corporate office at the 257 Tower in Salt Lake City and a second facility in Phoenix.

According to newly-hired Progrexion President and COO Michael DeVico, consumer credit impacts many of life's biggest events --the purchase of a car, a home, and even the birth of a child. He said no one plans to default on a loan, or not pay their credit card bills, but unexpected illnesses, divorce or major life events sometimes make paying bills difficult or impossible. And the result takes its toll on a person's credit score and ability to acquire credit. For that reason, during periods of economic boom or bust, there will always be a need for Progrexion and its consumer credit services.
