Core Living hires CommonBond exec.

A Minnetonka property management company has chosen a longtime affordable housing executive as its new president.

Todd Eatmon joins Core Living Cos. as it expands across a six-state region of the upper Midwest. The company was founded in 2013 by Brian and Kent Roers of Roers Cos. and partners with Roers to manage many of the company's properties. The company currently manages a portfolio with 3,000 residential units and annual revenues of more than 3.2 million, according to a company press release.

"In just six years since its founding in 2013, Core Living has demonstrated its considerable value to investors and partners and in regional communities where it is doing projects," Eatmon said in the statement. "I'm excited to lead the company forward through its next growth phase as we develop and redevelop properties in the six-state region."
