Cooper Tire and Rubber Co.'s restructuring is strangiing Cooper-Standard Automotive's sealing-products plant in Rocky Mount. Beginning in March, about 380 workers will lose their jobs as Cooper moves the plant's product lines -- vehicle seals and trim for Ford, Chrysler, General Motors and other auto makers -- to larger plants.
