Seafood from Alaska has found a new niche market at high-end hotels in Korea. During the past two years, the State of Alaska's Division of International Trade and Market Development has worked with leading hotels in Seoul and a number of Alaska seafood suppliers to conduct promotions that feature a variety of Alaska seafood products on the menus of the hotel restaurants.
