Cook v. Roth, 264 F.Supp.2d 1062 (S.D.Fla. 2003). In an action that alleged deliberate indifference by jail officials to an inmate's risk of suicide, officials moved to exclude expert witness testimony and to preclude any reference to other suicides at the jail.
